Pacifians[]
The Pacificans are a race of fish-people, found 200,000,000 Leagues Under. They move swiftly underwater, but cannot access dry land.
They can be found swimming around, or sleeping near piles of loot, and they are almost always found on their own, seldom forming groups. Their name is derived from the term, Atlantean, and they are Lesser Enemies.
