Lilian Runnisen is an unlockable character, with a focus on mobility. She can accelerate to high speeds, but when travelling fast, the inertia makes stopping and turning difficult.
The high speeds she reaches also offer offensive capability, as if she moves at a high enough speed, she can run through enemies and deal massive damage to them.
